KIT-CATS events is a small, dedicated team, and to ensure we can fully support your event, we ask that you review the following policies.
Late Policies
- Scheduling Notice – KIT-CATS requires a 10 day notice of an event or a 25% late fee will be added on to the total cost.
- No notice / Same Day Cancellation: You will be charged the full event cost, as well as a 25% fee. ($50 Minimum)
- Late Arrival Fee – If the event organizer, or a representative who is knowledgeable about the AV needs, is not in the room at the stated AV Setup Time per 25Live, a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes will be added to your total charge. This ensures our technicians can stay on schedule for all events.
Special Circumstances
- Weekend Events – All weekend events require a minimum booking of 4 hours. Additional pricing adjustments apply to ensure technician availability. Please refer to our pricing guide for details.
- Holiday Events – Events scheduled on holidays are subject to a 2x rate and require a minimum booking of 4 hours.
