We require at least 10 business days notice for all requests. Please submit your request even if you do not know all of the details so that we have it on the schedule. We will always try to accommodate last-minute service requests, assuming we have the staff and equipment available, but please be advised that a 25% surcharge ($50 minimum) will be applied to the final quote.

  • Weekend events – 4 hour minimum
  • Holiday events – charged at a 2x rate and 4 hour minimum
  • Late Booking fee – 25% surcharge ($50 minimum)
  • Same day cancellation fee – 25% of quoted fee ($50 minimum)
  • Tardy Fee – If the event organizer, or a representative who is knowledgeable about the AV needs, is not in the room at the stated AV Setup Time per 25Live, a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes will be added to your total charge.

What is Tech on Duty?

This is when a member(s) of the KIT-CATS Events team is present at your event past setup time. Some examples of events that need to be Tech on Duty: three or more microphones, streaming and some hybrid events, recordings, or higher profile events where having a technician in the room is peace of mind. Event Lighting Pricing

Up to 8 general wash LED lights. These can be place around your event wherever you want them to be. Control of them can be a static color or fade/changing colors.

Front Lighting
Up to 4 general LED front lights. These are mounted on a lighting tree to illuminate any stage or speakers. Control can be static or colors and they can be dim or bright.

This is both of the above sections together.
