We require at least 10 business days notice for all requests. Please submit your request even if you do not know all of the details so that we have it on the schedule. We will always try to accommodate last-minute service requests, assuming we have the staff and equipment available, but please be advised that a 25% surcharge ($50 minimum) will be applied to the final quote.

- Weekend events – 4 hour minimum
- Holiday events – Double time and 4 hour minimum
- Late fee – 25% surcharge ($50 minimum)
