Faculty can incorporate computer technology into their instruction using one of the many technology classrooms on campus. The equipment that is permanently installed in these classrooms ranges from basic installs including a projector and laptop connection to full podiums full of equipment including a computer, projector, document camera and touch panel control system depending on what level technology is available.
Outlined on the right side of this page are the 3 different levels of technology available. You can find out exactly what is installed in each of the classrooms via the drop down menu under Technology Classrooms section on this website or you can use the search tool.
If you need any equipment that is not currently installed in these classrooms, please make a request through our AV request form to arrange for delivery.
Many rooms no longer have VCRs in them and we may be able to deliver a VCR/BluRay combo but this may not always be the case so please consider converting your VHS tapes to a digital format.
There are 3 levels of technology classrooms with permanently installed equipment:
Example: 104 Maryland Hall
Example: 205 Krieger Hall
Example: All of Hodson Hall
Some of the classrooms (usually level 2 or 3) have a wireless microphone available.
